This unique and exciting project challenged our team with a full design and build, converting a neighboring house into an annexe for the existing nursery to accommodate more children.

Working next to an operational nursery required careful coordination to minimise noise and disruption. Structural issues arose from the change of use, necessitating the reinforcement of floor joists to support the additional weight of children and staff.

Tasked with creating a new car park on a sloping site with poor drainage, our team delivered innovative solutions, including the installation of permeable tarmac for adequate drainage.
